Last week all of us reported on the fact that R2 Games were gearing up to publish their very first mobile game called Excalibur. This company usually focuses on browser-based MMO games and Excalibur marks their first jump into the cellular gaming scene. Excalibur is a side-scrolling MMORPG and the alpha version of it has just been released onto Google Play.
For those of you who missed our unique article about this sport, Excalibur is themed around Full Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table and that era in time. This game features four classes for people to play as: Knight, Wizard, Assassin and Archer. However, just three of the classes will be available right now using the Archer classarriving? in a future revise.
In terms of content and features, Excalibur has everything you might expect to see in an MMORPG. There will be guilds, a jewel system for enhancing weapons and armor, a Zodiac system for further buffs for your character, An Angel Benefit system, a Demon Soul system along with a Rune system. All of these are different ways to either buff or improve your personality with.
There is plenty of content for those of you who\’d rather live the solo life within this game but for people into running along with friends, you\’ll find lots of quests to do that tend to be tailored to events. Of course there is also Player vs player available should you seem like beating on your friends or random strangers as well. Multiplayer is cross-platform and even though this game has been publish by a organization who specializes in browser-based games, Excalibur will only be for iOS and Google android, at least for right now.
Since this is an alpha version, according to the developers, there might be a bug or 2 in the game. Keep that in mind whenever you download this game which you can now do off of Google Play free of charge. We do suggest taking a look at the game\’s micro-site to learn all of the finer details like the different blessing systems.
