Wizards of the Coastline happens to be planning a big event that is supposed to reshape the Dungeons & Dragons Forgotten Realms world in its entirety. The organization plans to do a variety of things in regards to this but the one thing that is of interest to us Android gamers is the fact that Magicians of the Coast is going to be bringing an official D&Deb Forgotten Realms game to mobile.

The whole event is being known as \’The Sundering\’ and will pretty much period across all the different kinds of media that Forgotten Realms is actually apart of. This includes six new books that will be written by some of the established Dungeons & Dragons authors like R.A. Salvatore, Troy Denning and Ed Greenwood.

Another part of this reshaping is a mobile game called Arena of War which is a free-to-play title when it gets released. This will be a 3D Role-play game that will actually operate along side the entire occasion, hosting multiplayer contests and timed events inside the game itself. These types of will run through the duration of the event until it ends. As it turns out, this is the same mobile game we talked about back in May of the year in regards to DeNA preparing to release a D&Deb game which now that we know is the same as this one.

Pre-registration is available if you want to sign-up early with regard to Arena of War. You will get an ultra rare power called Cause Fear for doing so. Not sure on exactly when this will all begin but the event is a year-long one.
